Well honestly I have stretch marks all over my torso and biceps; they're all healed now but they remind me of how far I've come everytime I look at them. They keep my cheat days down for sure.
I did well in training, I started reading a ton about nutrition and actually delved (and still do on an active basis) into bodybuilding forums on the 'Net to learn how to workout as well as diet properly. Tons of cardio at first (elliptical machines at first until my body got used to actually moving and working for a change) then weights once I started shredding the body fat off. At first I lost about 10lbs a month after senior year of high school then it slowed. Been working out at the college gym for 3+ years now and always grin when I see myself out running and lifting dudes who I used to think were total badasses back when I was a fatty triple chin..

I guess I'm a Senior now by the way, just finished my 3rd year and am doing summer classes for the 4th year in a row (took some between high school and freshmen year). I have a long ways to go though, double majoring in Criminal Justice with a Law Enforcement Certification option (take Crim. Justice classes at WMU and then take police academy courses such as pit manuerving, marksmanship, crime scene forensics...etc at the local community college) and History with minors in Military Science (ROTC freebie), Arabic and Political Science.

I believe we drove past there on our way back from Grayling this year. I used to be part of the 148th INF out of Ohio before they transformed us to the 585th MP Co. CY all the way.Bikkster wrote:38th ID is out of Indiana but my Company is in Detroit on 8 Mile Rd. Michigan ARNG.

The 125th is the sister battalion to the 148th in the new 37th IBCT scheme and we will probably never see each other until we go to war.

Impressive!
400 fucking pounds to 170. Beg your pardon son...but THAT is fucking incredible. I bet when you could finally touch your own dick you were thinking...MAN, I should have done this sooner.
In light of this...take one knee and bow your head. (Im the Pastor, I pray for people.)
O"GRITS (Great Ranger In The Sky for you legs) this young man cometh before us with a contrite and humble heart Grant him much TRIM and zero calorie sammiches. Give this young warrior the heart to go forth close with and destroy the enemy and remind him from time to time that being able to get hold of himself now that he can reach around his gut is a good thing.
Should he decide to lead warriors, make his path hard for no mother fucker should lead others unless his path has obstacles.
Amen.
Now, drive on and good job.
