Other than what’s been said I can add that if you really want it do it. My home of record is in New Jersey and believe it or not I went through a similar thing back in 1980. If you want it go get it! After reading and gaining information by using the search button you should be able to make a decision that is sound and what YOU want.

The reason the people you've talked to say don't do it is because they don't have the intestinal fortitude to make that dynamic move themselves.
