Welcome Navy. I really respect you guys in subs. I've been on one and frankly I'd rather jump out of a perfectly good airpalne anyday, even at my age. Nothing is more lethal than the power of a submarine in terms of the missle warheads, conventional and nuclear, that can be launched from miles and miles away. But remember this: You're now a guest, sharing space with Army Rangers, who look the enemy in the eye and kill them face to face. We're kind of one-on-one guys. I'm not saying Rangers are better, just different. As Ranger Steadfast said, your introduction joke is old. I've seen it for more than thirty years with the names changed. I think I even recall it with a single PT Boat and a fleet of Submarines. Out of respect for your service, I know I would never post what I've just written on a Navy Submarine site. But welcome again, anyway.

So what's up? Or what's below? Bring the boat up to periscope depth, load the mark5 torpedos in the forward torpedo tubes, dog down all hatches, General quarters, general quarters.

I think once they get used to the Sea Service attitude they'll like us more.
These guys remind me of Marines, except they shove their pants in their boots and aren't crimminal minded.

Hey how does the couples cruise work anyway? Is it sort of on your own free will or is it compulsary?

Good to see you here. I'm suprised the Rangers don't do sub insertions, or practice it. In a good real war you'd think you'd see Army on Naval ships again doing amphib ops.

Like previously mentioned. You might want to read the FAQ. and as far as talking to you like that "in the face". Dont doubt it. We talk to each other much worse then this.
