StraightLeg reporting in

Post by StraightLeg11B »

Hello all, I'm just a straight leg 11B reporting in.

I'm just looking for someone who can verify some information.

I've got a guy who is claiming that 4 Air Force SP jumped in with 1/75 during Grenada.

Here is part of the guy who questioned it (cinja) and this other guy's story about it (in bold). It sounds like complete BS to me. Any help is appreciated. I don't want to call him out but this guy has been talking like the Air Force SPs are Rambo MPs.
cinja wrote:Already contacted and passed this on to CCT types. o3 all you would have had to do was just put up or shut. I wash my hand of this. By the way only USAF jumpers in Grenada were CCT that went in with Seal 6.
And 4 SP's who had been on TDY with the 1/75th at Stewart when the balloon went up!

A one line intro and the rest is a poser check.

Not a good way to acknowledge your existence.

You're right. My applogies.

I served as an 11B with B 2/23rd 9th ID from 86-89 at Ft. Lewis. My platoon Sgt was (at that time) SFC (Kenny) Leon-Guerrero. We were right next to the 2/75th quad.

Isn't this the 2nd thread on this topic here already? I've already run across somebody else asking for the same info across the street. Ugggh.
