If you really want to be a Ranger, just insert a flaregun (Glocks are for amateurs) into your mouth and pull the trigger. Doesn't matter what kind of flare is in there, but I would recommend one with a Parachute. That way you will be Airborne qualified and your face will match the maroon Beret very nicely. If you have a misfire, extract it from your mouth, lock and cock again and pull the trigger until you hear the click.
If you don't have one, find a starcluster. Red or green will work. Or tape a flashbang to your forehead. 100mph tape works magic.
