Wednesday 23 Nov: 2 reps of the plan
Thursday 24 Nov: 90 Minute low heart rate run
Friday 25 Nov: Off day
Saturday 26 Nov: 80 Minute low hert rate run (Followed by standing in line for christmas pictures)

Monday, 28 November- 2 Turns of Core workout
Tuesday, 29 Novemeber- 70-minute run (60% HR)
wednesday, 30 November- 2 Turns of Core workout
Thursday, 1 December- 60-minut run (60% HR)
Friday, 2 December- A very "rigorous" 8-mile mountain ruckmarch concluded in 1:55

wednesday, 07 December- 2 Turns of Core workout, 1-min jump rope- 1minute break x5
Thursday, 08 December- 60-minute run (60% HR)
Friday, 09 December- 2 Turns of Core workout, 1-min jump rope- 1minute break x5

Monday 12 December - 3 Turns of Core workout, 1.5 1-min Jump Rope
Tuesday 13 December - I-Beam Run (5 Mile Mountain terrain) 53:15
Wednesday 14 December - 3 Turns of Core workout, 1-min jump rope - 1-min break x5
Thursday 15 December - 15-min Eliptical trainer, 20-minutes treadmill, 3-sets hang cleans
Friday 16 December - No work out (Out of town)

I filled in today's run prior to doing it. My actual run today was 7.5-miles and lasted 75-Minutes.

Glad it's working for you brother. This workout was actually designed (off the michigan footbal workout) by a guy from "The Unit" (who is also a member of this board).
