Hello. I'm currently signed up and waiting to be deployed in June as an 11x, with an option 40 contract. I'm extremely nervous about RIP and RS. Even though I'm a big weight lifting junkie, and have pretty good walking/working endurance, I'm not the fastest runner, which makes me extremely nervous. I plan to train my ass off and become the biggest marathon-running-loser possible before I go. I have heard a ton of things from Rangers about the training, which seriously scares me. I've come here to put a few of those feelings to rest.

Welcome and chill the fuck out. Use the search button and the Physical Training forum to your advantage. Read the FAQ's and try not to step on your dick to much.

Weight lifting is important but training for "endurance" is the key. I was nervous about running before I signed up, but if you have the heart of a competitor and warrior you'll get though it easier than you think.

Welcome to our site, thank you for your service to our Country and best of luck to you..............oh and btw.

DROP FUCKER!!! Cause you're about to begin preperation for service to our Country and for RIP!!!

someone will be along shortly to tell you when to recover. (I think  )

If you are a weak runner/swimmer your chances of completing your current mission are slim. Welcome.

What?

On behalf of 'horrible people' everywhere, I'd like to offer this-

You and all of your little asspets can eat shit and die. I have no mercy for a piece of shit like you who would dare come into our house and challenge one of my Brother's about anything, much less call them a liar. I hope and pray you run out of duct tape. You sorry, sloppy puddle of cockroack cum. You have replaced that other piece of shit as the center ring on my target of life.

Gentlemen,

The wheels are already turning. We are having a little influx lately of fuckfaces all across this planet that seem to know everything there is to know about Rangering. They will join the other bottom feeders.

You are as good as banned. Bye bye shithead.

You are about to find out just what a small world you live in. The Kilted Heathen Ranger awaits your arrival at Benning School for Boys, as does a host of other Tab-wearing gentlemen who await your arrival. You are not at all unique, your tiger mouth far outweighs your hummingbird ass, we see dozens like you. Enjoy yourself while you can. June is not far away...
