DEP Intro

My name is Ryan i'm from Connecticut and im 17. I enlisted 20051201 i signed up for 11x/ABN/OPT40 U.S. ARMY AIRBORNE RANGERS. I signed for 5 years with a 16k Bonus. Im due to ship on 20050725 for Fort.Benning. Ive been instrested in the military for about 3 1/2 years now and ever since the beginning wanted to serve in the Ranger Regiment. I know its gonna be a tough road ahead of me, and I'm gonna train as hard as I can and push myself to get into top physical condition before I ship. Thanks.

My name is Ryan i'm from Connecticut im 17 years old and have enlisted in the DEP as an 11x with Option 40. I've been talking to the local recruiter since I was 16. I've been in contact with him ever since and waited to turn 17. My birthday was 21 November and I went down and talked with him after about 25-30 minutes my Job list came up and right at the top it said 11x Option40 I told him thats what I wanted and wouldnt settle for less. Ive been on this site before and read alot about people getting F*cked over and not being able to get it so I feel pretty Lucky. I went up to Meps earlier today and swore in my Ship date is 20060725. I have Waited my whole life for this moment and cant wait to get my Military career underway. Im gonna PT my ass off until my ship date to get in the best shape I can. Thanks Rangers
