So, when you get really old, do you double post everything?
I like that "youngblood" comment though. And to think I was one of the elders on here for awhile. Shit, now I have a whole platoon of wheelchairs and canes ahead of me.

Welcome to you, Mac.

Pastor, you know that old age and treachery beats youthful exuberance any day. Besides, you be one of us FOGs now.

Thanks for the welcome committee, a friendly DZ!
Nice to be called youngster-not heard in these parts to often any more.

Ranger Hoover, you had a good friend from my Plt in your class, Ranger Hoefnagel.

Ranger Har- a few 12-82 memories-

1.In processing w/ two new 2nd Lewies showing up w/ no shaved head and Rank on, telling the in processing Tac " Get a attention when you address me Sergeant"
Sergeant replying " get the F**ck out of my building, you've got thirty minutes to get back here w/ a shaved head and no rank or I'll rip them of myself and shove them up your A**". kicking them in the backside as they ran out the door!
2. Having to beat the snot out of your Ranger Buddy in front of SFC Bishop to get into the chow hall because SFC Swackhammer said we we're a bunch of pussies in the hand to hand pit.
3. Loosing our Guide Arm, and having it replaced w/ a pair of black laced panties for the same reason. You never saw a group of Rangers march more proud behind those silky drawers!
4. Being disappointed in the mountain phase when they gave our Guide Arm back to us.
5. Ranger Weasor from Africa entertaining the Mountain Tac and the class at a night bonfire.
6. Going to Florida w/ 70 Rangers, and graduating 68. One medical drop, and one peer, who was peered at every phase, the epitomy of a spot light Ranger, who I heard was peered out of the next class and did not thank God, get a Tab. I heard the RI's threw out our class # for sometime at follow on Ranger class's. It was a good group that made it to the end!
7. Graduating on Todd field, and hitting every fast food joint between Columbus and Savannah in between naps.

That's my story, and I'm sticking to it, mac.
