just took my apft

I took my apft today with my recruiter who is a former ranger in 1st batt. He made sure all excercises were counted as strict as they are in RIP.

I scored 59 PU.... 38 Su.... 13 : 37 for the 2 mile run


Obviously I need to work on my situps...

suggestions?

Yeah, do more sit ups. Do them without bracing your feet. Try to keep your heels on the ground. This will isolate your abs and keeps you from using your hip flexers.
