I took my apft today with my recruiter who is a former ranger in 1st batt. He made sure all excercises were counted as strict as they are in RIP.
I scored 59 PU.... 38 Su.... 13 : 37 for the 2 mile run
Obviously I need to work on my situps...
suggestions?

Yeah, do more sit ups. Do them without bracing your feet. Try to keep your heels on the ground.
