Hi, Jon from Memphis, TN here. I just started the process of getting myself enlisted and, as part of my research process, I found this site. Lots of good information and advice for those who want to listen. With motivation and a little luck I will hopefully be able to come back here in another year or two and help someone the way you guys help the willing newcomers now.
