God bless you, goon. Thank you for your service- past and present- and for working so hard to be the best. We are proud of you and hope all goes well!

Good luck man, I've been out for three years and it really starts to get to you how different civillian life is. More to the point, how SHITTY it is. You'll never have closer friends and better times trust me. I almost jumped back in but as a last ditch effort I'm trying the Air Force Natl. Guard and finishing up my college. Once that's done.... Hell maybe I'll put on a butterbar and give it hell again.

This is the second time I've seen you shit-talk the AFNG. I don't understand why you seem to look down on it. You have your lame-ass Basic training unit listed in your sigline, like it's the fucking shit; and you somehow figure that we'll think you're cool cause you speak poorly about the Air Force NG? Explain yourself.FireFox wrote:but as a last ditch effort I'm trying the Air Force Natl. Guard
I just put my past unit affiliations in there, if it's not to the forum SOP then feel free to remove it. I've read the FAQs and haven't noticed anything in violation of em. As for the AFNG. I'm not dissing it as I realize everyone has a purpose no matter what role they're fufilling in their respective branch. The only other time I could have possibly "dissed" it would have been when I said I went ultra-pogue.... It is what it is. As far as the "last ditch effort" quote that you're asking me to explain... That's in reference to my trying it out [the afng] as a last ditch effort to try and get a lil' more cash to finish college before I return to active duty. The remark was not ripping on the AFNG. I can give further explanation via PM if need be. I'm not on this site to win a popularity contest nor am I here to start shit or to "prove" myself to anyone. I'll remove the basic unit though since it's botherin' you.Saltbitch wrote:This is the second time I've seen you shit-talk the AFNG. First of all, shitbrick, on THIS board you will address all Rangers with 'Ranger' in front of their username, ie, Ranger Saltbitch. If you had in fact read all the rules and faqs of this board, it is stated clearly enough THAT YOU COULD READ IT. As for your gay-ass Basic training 'affiliation', YOU fucking remove it.FireFox wrote:I just put my past unit affiliations in there, if it's not to the forum SOP then feel free to remove it. You're on thin ice.
Just stopped by to say hello to everyone. First of all I want to thank the Rangers on this board for the advice that I got. I am now done with WTC, AIT and stationed in Hawaii. It feels great to be back in the Military and getting the show on the road. I am a medic now and busting my ass to get where I want to be. Leaving for the box soon so I have a lot to learn in a very short time, but trying to get into the pre-Ranger program here. From what I am hearing it will have to wait until I get back, But I am not going to let that deter me. Once again thank you to all of the Rangers and other members of this board.
