PT going into basic

Post by CheeseDick »

Rangers,
Is 60 pushups (2min), 69 situps (2min), and a 14:47 - 2 mile run bad going into Basic training. That's where I am right now and I'm about a month out.
Thank you

Your run blows.
If you're using good form your pushups are better than average.
If you think you can do 60, expect 40 to actually count.
If you're in your twenties and you can't break 14 fuckin' minutes in the two mile something is wrong.
Fix that.

I don't want to do anything more than meet the minimum standards.

Is it alright if I just quit my workout and start shoving double Quarterpounders up my ass?

What a cheesedick.
