Welcome Kim....and Welcome Home. With two tours in RVN in the two most hardcore units in Country, you were more than "Just a grunt!"
I don't think anybody's gonna bust yer nuts for trying to do an honorable thing.

I never wore a cape, but I still have my dog tags.

Welcome SkysoldierKim
I have seen you on USParatrooper forum. My condolences to you on your brother's passing. Thank you for your families (yours too) service to our country. I am curious tho, I see in your military service you show Dec67-Jan68 - You did one/two month(s)? with the 101st, did you get wounded? And then returned in 70 - that part is clear.
Have you been to the Fco site? Fox company usually has a large contingent at our reunions of the75thrra. I remember back in '98 at Ft Benning all the Fox guys were wearing Blue shirts. I would believe you would garner much info at the next reunion this Jul. If you like I will send you the Fox company Unit Director's contact info by PM. I spoke with him at the last reunion.

If I wasnt so tired, and if I didnt respect the service of this soldier and his time in RVN, I would embark on a tear of smart comments.SkysoldierKim wrote: (Back then, you had to be in REAL combat for thirty continous days for a CIB.)
What the hell, here goes one:
I always knew there was something wrong with my 2 CIB's, now I know what, Somalia and Afghanistan were not REAL combat!
No disrespect meant to this man, just tired of hearing that comment made.
