My name is John. I spent 4 years in the Navy and am now deciding to join the Army. I am here to keep quiet and learn as much as possible about becoming a Ranger.

let me help you along:
a bulkhead is really a door, and we call rope, rope...not line. Also stairs are steps used to go up and down floors not gangways. Decks are what we bbq and drink beer on when we are CONUS. If you need gear you go to "supply" not the "store". Speaking of gear, if you tell a soldier "your gear is adrift" he won't know WTF you are talking about. Good luck
