I was cleaning out some stuff last night and found my old steel pot. I use to put a mark on the head liner for every jump I made. Including Airborne school I had 56 jumps (from 6/76 to 2/79). I should note that 5 of them were fun jumps all in one day. Aviation boys needed some fly time so it was up and down as fast as they, could all Huey blasts!

So lets hear it.... How many jumps did or do you have. No civilian stuff and seperate your HALO from Static line. Indicate a Mustard stain so I can really be jealous and because that is to .

RIP = 7 all the same day CH-47.
Batt to 09 airborne including the above with no jump log about 100.

Edit:: Without a jump log it's safer to say 100 statics.

In Batt we were jumping at least once a week.

In 09 at Vicenza on the Parademo team free falls about 150 representing the Airborne in Vicenza and our country. Twice a week we jumped if not more.

The only ramp blasts I ever got to make were from the CH-47 on a Saturday fun jump our unit put on.

I have 68 static line jumps.

1994 - 1995 (21) with 1st SFG(A) at Fort Lewis and around the world (earned my Korean wings at Mae San Ri drop zone jumping with the Korean SF).

1999 - 2002 (47) with USASOC (SF Command G-2). I got to certify the SF10-A and got a water jump; one of my best jumps! Since I was in the HQ, I put a lot of Generals out the door. I also got to certify a drop zone in Virginia, and jumped from a C-47.

I honestly have no clue. I quit counting after the first five. I was on a jeep team for the better part of two years, too, so my best guess would be somewhere between 45 and 55 jumps. C-130, C-141, a CH-47. Never jumped a Blackhawk, Huey, or C-5.

Around 60, my log is missing all of my jumpmaster school jumps and a few others but I think around 60. I was on the runway clearing team so I had lots of C-130 tailgates.

I sheepishly replied,"Seven, sir." (that was jump school, Ranger school, and 1 in my unit).

He told me, "Aw, don't feel bad. I only got four."
This is what was on his association name badge:
