Yeah, I did my PT this morning:

First, I lifted my ass outta bed.

Next, did 3 sets of coffee cup curls (with an Oxycontin chaser)

Last, I did the shower scrub and rub (My favorite!)

Whew!! Now I'm whipped - time for a nap!
