Yes, it is my favorite hobby Ranger Toad. Is there much of an opportunity to play while in the service?

Dude pull your head out...paintball is fun, but has limited correlation to army life, or combat.

I say fuck 'im.
He's fuckin' stupid.
Six feet six of pure attention deficit cunt.
This condescending prick thinks he's come to fill an obvious void in our ranks.
If you want to talk shit you have to have fought the battle?
This silly bastard doesn't even know who's in the fuckin' battle.
Another sterling example of officer potential, a complete lighthouse in the desert.Although he may be quite bright, but he's completely fuckin' useless!
Oh, and before I forget...

Yes, I figured as much Ranger BadMuther the first time I saw Veterans or Active Duty Soldiers play at fields. Apparently they carried live fire maneuvers onto the field, which led them to being decimated within half a minute.

I apologize that I lead so many to believe that my pride in my favorite sport had anything to do with how I would perform in the Rangers.

Respectfully,

Alright, now you are pissing me off with your condescending attitude towards soldiers. Who gives a flying fuck that you are better then a soldier at paintball??? Not I. Soldiers get more respect from me then anyone on the planet.

Just posting to apologize again, im not very good at sounding neutral am i? The only thing i intended in my paintball post was to express my agreeance that paintball had very little to do with realistic combat. Military strategies for todays weapons have been developing for over fifty years, with big portions of budget from every country in the world.

To think that stragegies developed for a recreational sport with a few corporate sponsors would compare to that would make me sound somewhat of a fool. Although I believe its too late to go back on that...

I am going to run 3 uphill miles in the morning for sounding condescending.

Thank you,

Jakedubbleya

Rangers, I believe this guy is a troll. If I'm out of line I'm sure you will let me know. I PM'd him and tried to help, but I don't honestly believe someone can be this stupid.

Young man you're probably wondering "FUCK" all I did was "Try" and indicate that I was "considering" attempting to become a Ranger. But thats after you considered.... this (but that didn't work out) so you "considered" that, (Navy) but that "seemed" boring, so you "considered" Army (but you're not sure what)..... then you heard about the Rangers.... (hmmm "THAT" sounds cool) but you're still not sure.......quasi-elite and all.

Let me tell you that most of us became a Ranger because we wanted to be "One of the Best". Plain and simple, because you're a civilian I wouldn't expect you to know that BUT I would expect that you at the very least would have some amount of RESPECT for our unit. That being said my first impression of your post suggested that you're one of those Walter Mitty type of fellows who doesn't quite know what the fuck you want out of life. Because you seem to be searching for your proper "place" in life.

If that in fact is correct then you probably should consider a job as something other than a Ranger. I personally welcome you to our site, however I caution you to heed our rules, CAPTILIZE THE WORD RANGER OUT OF RESPECT FOR OUR UNIT AND FOR THOSE WHO NOT ONLY GAVE THERE LIVES AS A RANGER BUT FOR THE MANY WHO SERVE OR HAVE SERVED IN THAT CAPACITY! It ain't exactly the easiest thing to do with ones life.

To a certainty it (if you make it) will be one of the most CHALLENGING BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY THINGS A HUMAN BEING CAN EVER HOPE TO UNDERTAKE. We don't serve for the tab, scroll, beret or any other reason (it ain't about "looking" cool), other than the desire to become one of the BEST, in one of the best Fighting Infantry Units in the entire FUCKING WORLD!!!
If that in fact qualifies as being "semi, quasi, half-breed, ELITE" THEN YOU NEED TO PULL YOUR FUCKIN HEAD 'OUT OF YOUR ASS" AND SMELL THE COFFEE (no cream please I'll take it "straight" black like texas tea)

WELCOME TO THE REAL DEAL MOTHERFUCKER!!!

THIS IS ARMYRANGER.COM!!!

Can you hang? the clock is ticking....... and only time will tell

I will not pile on top of you, I will only state the obvious and allow you to draw your own conclusions.

I suggest you immediately stop posting and begin reading! Your quasi-agile attempts at controlling your rate of descent is a dizzying display of social ineptness! You are most certainly one of the less intellectually enabled souls that has had the misfortune of plastering shite on our site.

I leave you in the hands of our "Cleaners"
