This kid introduced himself across the street. He is a German citizen living in the U.S. for the past 5 years. He said nothing about having a green card. He informed us that when he reaches 18 years of age, he has an obligation to the German Gov't to serve 9 months. So if he has not green card and is not a citizen, he is not going into the Ranger's period.

So I think he went out of his way to mislead all of you here just to pull y'alls chain.

Yes, I edited my post on airbornrangers.com to comply with the regulations as I did not know them at the time.

Here is a clear version of what I was trying to say:
-I am a German Citizen
-I want to serve my 9 months that are my obligation
-I then want to become an American citizen and server the Rangers, if I can.
