Introduction

Post by DTango »

Hello. My name is Dave, I am 18 years of age and a High School Senior.

I enlisted in late August, but I just found this website. I signed up as a 96B because I have very bad vision and thought I would be no more than a liability on the front line, but I want to serve my country in any way I can.

I joined this site because I would like to go Airbourne one day if possible. I plan on trying to sign up for it when I return to MEPS to ship (July 23rd to Leonardwood)

Again, I hope to learn a lot from this website, and maybe one day come back and try to teach a little of what I learned. (This is wishful thinking at the most)

I would like to thank you Rangers for all you have done for this country, you are a living example of the Army Values.

Thank you Ranger Gravedigger, I plan on getting the surgery done as soon as possible (I've always heard they tell you to wait until 25? until you can get it...so that will give me a lot of time to PT my ass off).

csforstall, I read the PM, thanks for the heads-up.
