Done! Here's the scoop on my ordeal. Cleared the Hep A issue and went to MEPS to have inspect by med staff and choose job. I was told I DNQ for any infantry MOS because eyesight not correctable to 20/20 in at least one eye...No 11X, no OPT 40. The counselor and recruiter try to get me to join anyway ...

Brief introduction...I currently live in AZ, 31 yo, former police officer, currently a firefighter/EMT. Divorced with two kids. No degree currently but over 70 credit hours in education. Interested in enlisting but not interested in getting bent over. Looking for good sources of advice.
