Airborne
Rangers, I completed Airborne school late last night. Due to the weather from last week we were late on getting all five jumps in (injury free). But we finished Friday night and graduated on the DZ. Now for the bad news. I dont know what the hell happened, but my orders that brought me to airborne s...

Re: Sitrep
Ranger Jim,
On the record apft, I did 90pu, 85su and a 12:59 2mile. Not to make excuses, but I was fighting a nasty URI then. Now I have the 2mile back down around 12:15.

Re: Sitrep
Rangers, tomorrow makes it official. I will walk the line and graduate as a 68W. I have not seen any orders sending me to Airborne school yet, so I have to sit tight and wait before I can head to Ft Benning. The best tip I can give to those looking at 68W is to study each chance you get. Dont try an...

Rangers, I went to MEPS today to take the physical and I left with a 68W and Option 40 contract! I took the advice from this site and applied it to the best of my abilities. My ship date is 20080903. Time is short and I will use the most of it to make sure I am in peak physical condition. This slot ...

Thanks for your input Rangers! That was the direction I was thinking, as I had seen it mentioned several times throughout my research. Ranger IDon'tCare, thanks for the offer! If the time comes where google fails me, I will be sure to take you up on your offer. I will report back when my contract is...

Thank you Ranger Ranger Bill. Quick update, I took the ASVAB today and scored a 91 with a gt of 125. My recruiter was really pumping Special Forces, which I won't lie, sounded good as do the Rangers. His thinking was just that since 18x popped up in the computer, it would be a better fit than 68w wi...

Hello Rangers, My name is Jeff and I am 20 years old. I am currently taking a break from college (so I can try to decide on a major, if one at all), and have completed 54 credits at the University of Minnesota. Meanwhile, I am working two physically demanding jobs and trying to improve my PT scores....
