I peered one outa my squad in Darby (he deserved it). 1SG Grenier smoked the dog shit out of us "HE'S A MAN OF GOD!" I laugh every time I think about the RI using "He's a man of God!" as a reason to smoke you, peering the chaplin: Priceless. You just can't make this stuff up. jjj

Sorry don't know the normal process but I do know that it is possible. I work for a psychiartrist's and we have one patient who is from VA. Story I heard was he was not being treated properly and after enough complaints, the VA authorized him to get his care in the civilian sector.

In my experience no other insurance company has come close to matching USAA's auto insurance rates. I have my cars and house insurance from them. They are consistently rated one of the top insurance companies and offer great customer service.
