Ranger Steadfast- I am sorry for this error. I was NOT trying to quote Ranger Bell in any way. I first heard this quote from SGM XXXX XXXXX several years ago and I did not attach his name for OPSEC reasons.

would it be more suitable if I put the quote as "the effective range of an excuse is zero ...
