I just watched it on ppv. It's totally unrealistic bullshit; but, fun to watch...until, that is, I realized it's anti-gun propaganda.

Fuck this movie. I should have continued watching the Futurama marathon.
The wife rented "Shoot em up" this weekend and we couldnt stop laughing the whole way through. This movie was "Cranked" on steroids.

Where'd you get the anti-gun message? Seemed pro-violence to me..
It was pro-violence, but there were little things, like how Smith's family was killed, the comment about hunting deer with an uzi, making a martyr out of that senator or whatever he was. It's just the vibe I got from the movie.
I'm glad you told me 'bout this movie SEU! I picked it up at store, price was $19.95, put it back - then picked up western flick with Russell Crowe (like him since he filmed Gladiator) & Christan Bale - same price as othe movie - also put it back.

Pretty good if you can tolerate Johnny Depp.
Take the wife/girlfriend and tell her its just a musical. :D

Oh, and Shoot em up, most definitely pissed me off. Here is a producer who glorifies violence and then condemns private responsible gun ownership. The king of all Strawman arguements in a politically motivated movie.

plot... Look how evil and violent gun owners and manufactures are... Bang kill murder bang bang kill kill kill murder bang kill... This is why guns should be illegal. end plot. Fuck that movie. plus it really sucked.

I know, I know, I had barely pushed the submit button when I realized I had really screwed that joke up and that yes, you would have told her you were a drummer in a rock band! Sorry Bro, at my age the mind doesn't always work so good.  PPRRRRUUUUMMMPPAAPPPMMPMMM!!!

Leaving for the mall in a few... gonna do dinner, then catch Cloverfield on the HUGE screen. It may suck, it may not... but, I get to see it on the IMAX, if I can get there in time.

I will let you all know if it is worth the semolians or should you wait for netflix.

Cheers Beeyatches!

So I'm in Blockbusta's, bored, there ain't much too watch, I see this Lynsay Lohan flick called , "I know who killed me". Horror flick allegedly. Cool. Whateva.

She looks hot on the cover, it's about some stripper and says it gots some nudity, sure why not I says.

Let me tell you, if I made a movie that fucking bad I'd bury my face in a glass pipe too.

Fucking terrible waste of 3 bucks. I'm ashamed, and they didn't even show her tits, some other crackhead biatch.

If someone offers it to you FREE, walk away and save 2 hrs of your life.

So ashamed. No fucking tits? What the fuck? Fucking says its got tits.....

I want to see Cloverleaf. I hope it's decent. I'm not an extreme movie critic, and like most movies I watch. I enjoy them for what they are, entertainment.

I've never seen an IMAX movie, is it better being huge has hell?

Ok.

No spoilers here... I will just say this. I would MUCH have rather spent the money on a Barbara Streisand Concert, with Barry Manilow as the opening act.

Ok, but coming from you, what does this really mean? And would that be after the manicure and eyebrow waxing or before?

I'm watching Stealth on TNT right now. I'll report back with a detailed review if I can make it through the whole movie without changing the channel.

Yes and no... not really. They give you glimpses of it... but do not explain what it is, where it came from or anything. It's an hour and a half of whiney 20 something's bullshit about "Oh, I love her... but I forgot to tell her. I must find her and save her..." blah blah blah.

Brother, the movie sucks. Period.

How much does it cost to buy a ticket for the movies? Over here for a regular screen it's $10.50...

I rather wait for the DVD and rent three of them for the weekend at $3 each.
