As far as Southern, well I believe you have made an error. I may have served in the Yankee Navy, but I never forgot what I was and never became a scallywag sellout.
You need a history lesson. First with America 1630-1798 and then check out this book called Reconstruction, The South Since 1865 2nd edition by John Sammuel Ezell.
