I just got Lord of War and I thought it was ok. VERY LOOSELY based on a true story of gun running in the 80s and 90s. I was impressed with the story line and the backround information. Too much of it was too close to the truth to be entertaining at times. But it was a sincerely good movie. Just sucks that we all pay for the reality of it...

Fuck Syriana. I don't need to feel any sympathy for terrorist or their causes. And fuck Hollywood for making the movie.

Wedding Crasher's rocked. Sincerely funny movie.

Walk the Line was also a pretty good flick but I thought they could have potrayed Johnny Cash in a bit better light. Johnny Cash was the man. And I really would like to sample Reese Witherspoon's curtain quality for absorbancy.

Glory Road was simply a fantastic movire.

40 year old virgin, though it had some funny parts pissed me off that I bought it.

Well, that's about it...

Saw Ice Age 2 with my 5 year old. It was pretty good, about as funny as the first one.

Finally saw Crash on DVD. I'm still mulling that one over. It was a very good movie but left me a bit confused.

I highly reccomend the following foreign films that I saw on cable:

Downfall- A German movie about Hitler in the bunker during the end of WW2. Freaking awesome film, available on DVD. Who better to make a movie about Nazis than some Germans ?

Kung Fu Hustle- Chinese kung-fu movie. Very funny flick with some cool special effects.

Kung Fu Hustle was hilarious.

If you like the Hop & Chop theatre, I'd recommend the House Of Flying Daggers.

Wolf Creek SUCKED BALL SWEAT!!!! The only good parts:

1. Chick gets finger cut off and they roll on the ground like bones from a voodoo doctor.

2. Same chick gets buck knife shoved in her back bone to sever her spine.

3. Different chick gets put down like the sniviling bitch she is.

All those add up to about 3 min and the rest of the movie is ass wipe.

I just watched the unrated version of "Waiting". I laughed my ass off for some reason. Probably because I've worked in restaurants before.

The Road Runner/Coyote chase scene was classic.

I liked V for Vendetta too.

I saw Inside Man this weekend. Good movie. You could tell it was a Spike Lee movie because of the social commentary. Great actors as well.
