Ranger Nomad,
I completed todays workout. I was stuck studying yesterday, so I sub-ed a few hundred push-ups for yesterday's chest workout.
Thanks for the four-counts, DUG!

Re: Daily workout post
I will be out of the net for the next couple of days, so here is your WO for Thursday and Friday.
Thursday will start with a 20 minute, medium paced run. Keep your effort at around 65% MHR. It will seem like you are crawling.
You will follow it up with a shoulder WO consisting of:
Military Press: 3x10 (25% BW DB's)
Lateral Raises: 3x 12 (15lbs DB's)
Front Raises: 3 x 12 (20lbs DB's)
Shrugs: 2 x 8 (50% BW DB's)
For Friday:
“The Gut Buster”
➢ 25 Crunches
➢ 25 Burpees
➢ 25 Supine Bicycle
➢ 25 Push Ups
➢ 25 Sit Ups
➢ 25 Wide Arm Push Ups
➢ 10 Medicine Ball Slams
➢ ¼ mile run (90% MHR)
Repeat three times. Post your time.

You've been hanging around for close to two months. Have you completed your contract for enlistment?
I'm not hijacking the thread and I'm not telling you not to participate, but if I remember correctly, you were about 24, could be an O but are choosing to enlist?
So what's the status?

Re: Daily workout post
Ranger Nomad,
Friday's workout: 29:29
RangerJurena,
I have some obligations that will keep me from going to boot camp until at least May, so I haven't been in any hurry to get to MEPS. Chances are good that I'll be going in mid-January, so I'll get my contract then. I've settled on a 13f with an option 40.
The wait is tough, but at least I'll have lots of time to get into shape.

Ranger Nomad,
"Gut Buster" completed. I left out the run part, so I didn't time it.

Re: Daily workout post
Ranger Nomad,
I finished the Gut Buster at 24:43, with an average HR of 80%. That was by far the most painful one this week.
DUG, I knew your time was going to be tough too beat; damn near killed myself that last round to beat you.

Good time inter06! You've been thrashing me lately! I need to put a win on the board soon and I'm going to get after it next week with a vengeance! We're going to be hurting. I'm glad we're doing this, all of us. Good job bro and have a good weekend.
