OK, tried with Google and confirmed that for some reason, "Do the right thing" is somehow being used as an informal motto for the 11th. Thought I'd been wrong but I was mistaken.
Both were used in 1994, seems the more correct "Semper Fidelis" was on written materials, while "Do the right thing" was spoken. Semper Fidelis is better.
