We graduated Ranger school together. I was in C Co Weapons and became the Mortar Section leader in late 94. Chuck over in B Co was a good buddy of mine. Doin the speckled feces thing now I heard.

Did you get to join us in the ole "crack Cuban refugees in the head" trip to Panama? Your 1sgt and his pal Gazoo were there, I will never forget him walking by us in riot gear brandishing a 12 Gauge while the rest of us stood around with axe handles, fucking classic.

Naw, I was at BNCOC when the Bn deployed to Panama, thougt it was just another JOTC deployment then I saw the story in the paper about the refugees. 1SG D was a GOD, another classic was when we were getting ready to got into Haiti he sent me down to 2nd Plt for a SAW, of course their PSG said No (Doug P), so 1SG D went down there to get it himself, as he was walking back, no shit he says "I feel sorry for the first 12 year old boy to cross my path!"
