Over the past couple of years, I have watched on television and read on the internet about what our military has been doing over seas. I have grown tired of being and observer and long to contribute. Through reading this site, I have developed a deep admiration for the Rangers and the high level of standards they are held to. I currently work in a world where half-assed work is praised and rewarded. I want to put myself into an environment where my best is not quite good enough. I want to be challenged to grow in everything I do. I want to watch the quitters walk off with their heads hung low while the stubborn few continue to endure the suck. I want the brotherhood that is so revered by the Rangers on this board.

Last but certainly not least, I want that scroll!
Good response. I believe that the Tab is just a school, but the Scroll is a way of life. Never, never quit.

Not many pass Ranger Jim's essay requirement on the first attempt. You have expressed what you want well and succinct. True belief in what you wrote will give a great start on earning the Scroll. Do not let us down.
WE NEED MORE RANGERS!
