In 17th century Spain, it was illegal for anyone other than a woman's husband to see her bare feet. A woman could freely expose her breasts, but feet were considered sexual and had to be covered in the presence of men other than her husband.

In Galveston, TX it is legal to be topless on the beach if you have a child with you under two years old!

In Greece it's legal no matter what. Actually if you are endowed with tasty breasts it's almost mandatory to go topless.

Who determines if they are tasty? The taste police?

It's the custom of the trade sort of speak. In the 70's and 80's nudism was big. 90's topless and then totaly suited. 00's the topless is starting to come back mostly on the Islands and even on the main land.

It's like this, if a woman has "tasty" brests and doesn't show them then I woun't even talk to her. So the burden of "tasty" rests on the beholder. :D

I could volunteer to be a "taste" policeman. I have good taste or at I think I do.
