About time you caught up..

And as an FYI, I hate the Longhorns, but knowing your an old "footballer", in tournaments, is "head to head" the first tie breaker?

And don't lie, you know it is...

Ranger Nomad,

Workouts complete. AM WO averaged 9:12 per mile. To give you some feedback, the incline and decline bench is getting easier for me at 70% (especially the decline). This may be the type of machine available at the gym I use, making it easier than it should be. Is it okay to up the weight some and by how much? I ask because I don't want to mess up the nature of this workout, but that 12th rep isn't very strenuous. Thanks Ranger Nomad.

Wednesday's WO will be simple:

100 Pull Ups

100 Medicine Ball slams

100 Burpees

There is no sequence but remember to keep track of your individual numbers as you go. Post your times.

Fastest DEP gets to name this one!

Ranger Jurena,
I can't argue that, I would feel cheated if the roles were reversed, and we all feel so bad for UT around here.

Ranger Nomad,

Wednesday's WO completed. I got 23:07 for my time, but even I'm having a little trouble believing that. I'll do another round.

You lost count. Believe me. I had a 17 hour day, but I'll be making the WO up tomorrow and posting my time in this post.

So far Inter06 smoked this WO. Which is not hard to believe. Good job!

Thursday's WO's will be:

AM: 30 minute bike ride, 90-95 RPM.

PM: Shoulders

➢ DB Side Raises 3 Sets of 12 reps (15% of your BW)

➢ DB Front Raises 3 Sets of 12 reps (15% of your BW)

➢ Seated DB Press 3 Sets of 12 reps (25% of your BW)
