Actually I don't know anyone who quit RIP or SFAS and then went back to it later on, none I can even think of who did it successfully.

The guys I've seen go back through RIP or other selection courses are the guys who screwed up at their unit (DUI, AD/ND etc) and came back later on.

But no, I find your story hard to believe and I'm around quite a few frogs. Many of them know guys who've been to BUD/s twice or recycled, but I've yet to hear a story that gives your belief credence.

However, you are obviously afforded a second chance here to succeed. If you want to be in the Army, as a Ranger or SF, you are going to be in for a rude awakening. You'll really have to want to be either to succeed. But like Cryhavoc said, if you want it bad enough you'll get it.
