That's what I was thinking. I also wanted to know why he didn't re-class MOS. What is troubling is that (in my mind) he took a get out of jail free card but wanted to keep everything. You know that he was informed of everything that was going to happen to his benefits, bonus etc prior to signing the paper saying he wanted to get out.
