Small update:

Took the ASVAB. Scored 89 with 118GT.
Had a small problem at MEPS, trying to get Airborne qualified. Medical staff didn't like i had my ankle broken back in 2000, but i was prepared and gave them a letter from my orthopedist, saying my leg is good to go.
The Army liaison was good, I got my 11x Option 40 contract within few minutes. My ship date is August 21.

Current PT scores
Push ups 79 1:30 min
Sit ups 80 2 min
1 Mile run 6:30 min

Good on you for securing the Opt40.
You're going to be humbled, those PT scores were almost certainly not attained by doing the reps to Army standards. Concentrate on form, function will follow. "Close enough" will not get you into, much less through RIP.
The entire process is designed for average youngsters with above average motivation & moral endurance. Resurrect this thread when(?) you get to RIP.
