At my school the "security" was all females and old folks......we had some coaches that lived for fights....and boy were those old guys quick....

anyone still fighting when one of the coaches got there was felled by one punch!

These days, kids fighting are likely to get a police response.....

h8train. If you read this, why can't a guy that was involved in a food fight automatically pass RIP. Doesn't being in a food fight count? How about if the young man was to prove how brave he was by eating the puke of say 10 other's, wouldn't that make him tough? Some guys wait all day for a "hot meal".

Well i had my Pre-expulsion hearing today. I won't know what the outcome is until wendsday around 1800 hrs. The Hearing went OK, my mom said she has a gut feeling i won't be expelled. To be honest with you, IDK wether i will or won't.

My entire envolvement in this food fight was, going around to about 4-5 tables and said that the food fight was for sure gonna happen in a few minutes (they already knew about it) They said they didn't know what they (my friends) were going to do about the camera, so i said i would stand under it and when it rotates away from them, i would touch my ear, to let them know it wasn't on them. Howeever, i never got a chance to do this because the guy who started it, did it when i was talking to a friend. So i never touched my ear to let them know, nor did i throw anything! Obviously, i have to accept the consequences to my action (no matter how big or small) and hope for the best.

EDIT: i was never involved in the planning of this, my envolvment was established at lunch, under my own accord.

If he ate some puke yeah it would count. But unless the food fight involved frozen eggs and full soda cans I would say it ain't a fight.

When I was in HS some 20+ years ago, there was an organized food fight in the cafeteria on pizza day. I was a sophomore, and some of the seniors organized the fracas. They had cut the lock off the main breaker for the cafeteria, and had people organized to flip tables up as barricades and begin launching food as soon as the lights went out.

Several people got suspended, nobody was expelled, and they even had T-shirts printed up and sold them on campus.

It is a completely different world today in the public school system than it was 20 years ago. You need to get your head out of your 4th point-of-contact and get squared away before you leave for OSUT.

 I've actually seen a full soda can be used as a weapon before. Someone hit a guy across the face with it, it blew up and looked really cool. :D
It is really more effective to slam someone's head with a full glass pitcher of beer. The 75 plus stitches needed to rejoin his face is very Frankenstienish. I know, I know, a waste of beer but a very effective cheap weapon.
