Possibly, faced with the harsh reality that the Infantry, let alone the Rangers, require individuals with an IQ larger than their shoe size, he has re-thought his much anticipated career move, and lowered the bar to more attainable goals, like convincing Capt. Kirk (aka "bobby") that he really CAN learn to speak Klingon, if just given one more chance.

I got flea's in '90 & '91.

Along with those flea's come my 2nd CIB, 2 more combat patches, and some more salad for my class A's.

I'll gladly scratch flea's with that same squad again! That squad wasn't the best in the Plt because I was the Squad Leader, it was because they were shit hot and we were a team!
