I was once told the only dumb question is the one you don't ask, but then again the same person told me to keep my mouth shut and my ears and eyes open.

I also used the search option, but it brought me right back to the forums and FAQ's that I had already read.

I appreciate the input.

And then in another forum, you said:

Now I don't think I'm all that ignorant, but I reviewed all nine of your postings and don't see where you get off with your sarcastic remarks. You asked what should be in your contrack. SFC Hit_it already provided a sticky that discusses the requirement.

...and you are right we do work around the clock to support those DEPs who have demonstrated that they are willing to make an effort on their own part. Frankly, what I've seen from you is a thread of whine. Now reconsider your position before other Rangers who are less articulate and patient arrive at this site. You won't like them either.

Believe Ranger Jim fucker. We're here now. Angry, volitile, and just plain mean motherfuckers that wouldn't stop to piss on you if you were on fire.

I really don't give a shit what you want or need, most of us made it through without any of this knowledge available to us, and here it is, ripe for the picking, handed to you by men that clearly have been and still are doing the impossible, or so it would seem, and you come in here with your fucking pole smoking pissboy attitude you disrespectful little motherfucker!! Somebody outta squeeze your fucking neck until your convinced that you could shit a turnip.

Before you even open your mouth, listen very closely you fucking little cunt, remember where you are going, what a small world it is, and really, how dangerous it is, this place where you want to wander, especially with men that live for darkness, embrace it as their friend. We are the things that go 'bump' in the night, boy.

Now shut the fuck up, read, learn and do PT until you puke every fucking day.

Anyone else hungry?

I have been reading the web site for around 3 hours now and my questions have been answered roughly. I would like to clear any bad air in here because I would like to come back down the road to share my experiences and maybe (with permission) straighten some people with misplaced atitutdes. I will continue to keep reading for more info.
1. Exactly what is it that you do not understand? Please state it exactly.

2. Somehow, I doubt that most of the Rangers on this sight are going to be straightened out by you. As I mentioned previously, you have entered a very small world.

1. I understand that an Option 40 is what I need to get my chance to be a Ranger. And I understand that Rangers can have any atitude they wish.
2. I did not mean for to straighten out any Rangers, I meant people that are like myself and future people to this site.

OK, Mike, now that I have your attention, I want you to read and re-read the Ranger Creed and think about it. At some time in the future, I'm going to come back and ask you to discuss it. Not yet. I want you to take the time to reflect on it.

I don't have an attitude. I'm old enouth to be your grandfather -- there is a remote possibility I may know something you might possibly want to learn. We'll see.

Just how many times do you think you can blow off Rangers on this site before you get banned?

Do pushups until I get tired.

I should mention that my PTSD has made me a fucking insomniac.
