I searched most of the forums and alot of the same questions were answered and re-answered, but not any to my particular question.

I was once told the only dumb question is the one you don't ask, but then again the same person told me to keep my mouth shut and my ears and eyes open.

I also used the search option, but it brought me right back to the forums and FAQ's that I had already read.

Now I don't think I'm all that ignorant, but I reviewed all nine of your postings and don't see where you get off with your sarcastic remarks. You asked what should be in your contrack. SFC Hit_it already provided a sticky that discusses the requirement.

...and you are right we do work around the clock to support those DEPs who have demonstrated that they are willing to make an effort on their own part. I should have been more respectful and less arrogant in my posts.
I have been reading the web site for around 3 hours now and my questions have been answered roughly. I would like to clear any bad air in here because I would like to come back down the road to share my experiences and maybe (with permission) straighten some people with misplaced atitutdes. I will continue to keep reading for more info.

1. Exactly what is it that you do not understand? Please state it exactly.

2. Somehow, I doubt that most of the Rangers on this sight are going to be straightened out by you. As I mentioned previously, you have entered a very small world.

1. I understand that an Option 40 is what I need to get my chance to be a Ranger. And I understand that Rangers can have any atitude they wish.
