What is REALLY amazing is you went from a 42 to a 36 and somehow managed to lose only 5 pounds at the same time. How is this possible? Please recheck your numbers and math.Scoty wrote:Run, run, and run some more.........yeah 42 to 36 in a month is ....pretty fucking amazing .....write a book...make millions...and share them with the rest of us.Rabbity wrote:42 to a 36 in roughly a month?

Also, you can do your best to give yourself a PT test. Don't wait till you get in.
Time yourself. 2 minutes. Pushups. How many did you do?
Time yourself. 2 minutes. Situps. How many did you do?
Time yourself. 2 mile run. How long did it take?
My advice would be to test yourself every 2-3 weeks and chart your progress.
What'd you use, a yard stick?GRN MKIV wrote:Ranger RTO, I just woke up and rechecked everything. There was a mistake when I first did my measurements.

The last time I measured, I did not use measuring tape. This time I did, hopefully this corrects any misconceptions I might have given out.
I will perform a Army PT Test ASAP.
Ranger Scoty, if I were to write a book on what I'm doing.. I would just be copying and pasting what I found on this site.
I have made progress from the last time I posted, but I am still a fatboy. I will be using the time I have from now until June 2007.
-Thanks
Stick to the bull-walrus program( no soda, no candy, no seconds, half rations, fruits n veggies) sounds like you're giving it a good go, keep it up.
