5'5" and 198 is still HUGE. When I was a Ranger I was 6'4" and 198. Use the time you have wisely and continue to slim down. Have you taken an Army PT test yet?

What is REALLY amazing is you went from a 42 to a 36 and somehow managed to lose only 5 pounds at the same time. How is this possible? Please recheck your numbers and math.

Also, you can do your best to give yourself a PT test. Don't wait till you get in.

Time yourself. 2 minutes. Pushups. How many did you do?

Time yourself. 2 minutes. Situps. How many did you do?

Time yourself. 2 mile run. How long did it take?

My advice would be to test yourself every 2-3 weeks and chart your progress.

The last time I measured, I did not use measuring tape. This time I did, hopefully this corrects any misconceptions I might have given out.
I will perform a Army PT Test ASAP.

Ranger Scoty, if I were to write a book on what I'm doing.. I would just be copying and pasting what I found on this site.

I have made progress from the last time I posted, but I am still a fatboy. I will be using the time I have from now until June 2007.

-Thanks
What'd you use, a yard stick?

Stick to the bull-walrus program( no soda, no candy, no seconds, half rations, fruits n veggies) sounds like you're giving it a good go, keep it up.
