I remember falling in lust over this bike when I was a kid.

My parents made me a deal.

If I made half of what it costs, (back then mowing yards amongst other things) and kept my grades the way they were and didn't break from perfect attendance in school (never missed a day until 11th grade) they'd pick up the other half.

The Orange Crate, Banana Peeler, Lemon Crate were Schwinns envy of every kid out there.

Springer front, front drum brake, 5 speed w/a stick shift, rear shocks......geez, what a memory.

Took me a half year to save up for it, and maintained my school responsiblities, but the day they brought me to Ralphs Bicycle shop was a day I never forgot.

Rode the thing home 7 miles from the shop and loved every minute of it.
