I rotate between each set. For example, if im doing sets of 25, i'll start off doing 25 pushups, walk to the living room(carpet) and do 25 situps, then roll over and do 25 flutterkicks then walk back to the original room and repeat. This gives each set of muscles enough time to recover between sets.(usually takes about 2-3min per rotation)

Why are you rolling over to do the flutter kicks? Aren't they done on your back?

I thought it was pretty self explanatory, but all I meant was rolling over from the situp position to the flutterkick position.
