RASP recruiters at Airborne

Rangers,
I am unable to get an Option 4 or 40 because I am prior service. I have heard and read about RASP recruiters being at Airborne School to recruit people. I have not found any new information about this recently. Does anyone have any recent knowledge about this occurring at Airborne School?

It does and can also happen during OSUT/AIT

Many of the DEPs and those that have shipped have reported meeting up with Ranger recruiters. There are several positioned at key locations and they travel to meet up with various classes. They have also changed the process so that OPT 40s will attend RASP before going to Airborne school. It is loosely confirmed, so take it with a grain of salt. It has been a change long coming though.

Thanks for the reply. That makes sense. If that is the case then I would have to earn an Option 40 contract at OSUT because I would not be going to Airborne after OSUT. I hope that there will be one at OSUT.
