It is the determination of the members of this board that you:
1. On or about 11 Dec 2003, entered the site, creating the user account 'violenceofaction' and proceeded to put down the young men who aspire to be Rangers, as if their position in life were lower than your own, while not revealing your own position of authority, or lack thereof, for doing so.
2. Are a Veteran of the United States Army, Guard or Reserves and that you failed to identify yourself as such to the Ranger members of this board, who made inquiries as to your credentials following your comments about the M249 Squad Automatic Weapon. By doing so, you have brought dishonor upon yourself, your unit and your service.
3. That you made disrespectful remarks to the Rangers on this board, while not taking proper responsibility for those remarks.
4. Instructed one of the board moderators that you alone, as a guest on this site, are qualified to choose your own avatar, in contravention to known board practices. You committed an act of deception, wanting to pretend you were a Newt on the one hand, yet enjoy the perks of board membership that are afforded to Prior Service Individuals, in thanks for thier honorable service to our nation. This act was dishonorable to the other members of this board, who enter the board cleanly, honorably and with straight shooting information about themselves and their personal information/situation.
5. That in order to continue on this board, instead of showing the ability to 'man up' and take responsibility for your earlier disrespectful comments, on or about 13 Dec 2003, you created a second account on this board, 'Fiddlers Green', in an attempt to disassociate yourself from your previous entry to this board, which showed a complete disregard for the value of 'personal integrity' and 'responsibility for one's actions' which are held in high regard and esteem in the Ranger Community.
6. That responsibility for your earlier comments were not well represented by yourself, until prodded by the alert actions of Ranger Saltbitch who serves as the official pointman for this unit. Only after a board moderator placed the specifics of what our pointman was alluding to did you take responsibility for your actions, ie; it was not of your own accord.
7. That we hold these truths to be self-evident and of your own making.
8. Therefore, and in conclusion, we hereby banish you from further participation in the ArmyRanger.com forums for the integrity violations you have committed against the members and guests of this board, be they Rangers, Prior Service, Active Duty, DEPs, or other young persons who aspire to become Rangers, or members of the public who desire to learn more about Rangers.
The value of honor and integrity remain high values in our Ranger Community and in the ethos of every true warrior society. Their wanton disregard by you has attracted the attention and wrath of the Ranger members of this board, for these are values they uphold, as Rangers, in their day-to-day living.
