Hello Rangers,
My name is Clay, 25 from Detroit, MI. I have two associate degrees and I'm going to finish my BA in the service. I am currently in the process of enlisting active duty, taking the asvab this week or the following. I've been researching the site for about a month now and I've found almost all the answers to my questions. Thanks for taking the time to read this, if I need to make a new thread just let me know.
I'm going to be ineligible for an 11x option 40 due to a moral waiver. I figured my best bet to get to RASP would be to get the option 4?
I have another question, 2 part..
With the army gradually pulling out of Iraq and Afghanistan, what is the 75th regiment doing today? Are they still deploying? What types of missions?
Are the SF units mainly doing FID missions/deployments? It seems to me based on what I've found that they rarely do DA missions. I'm looking to find out what the Rangers and SF are mainly doing today.
Thanks

I received a DUI a few months after I turned 21. I was out with some girl then headed home, got pulled over for an out headlight. Anyway, I definitely shouldn't have been driving. It's something I regret but I've learned from it. I finished all my probation stuff, and got released from probation after 4 months.
Then as a juvenile when I was 12-13 years old, we were at a hockey tournament up north. My teammates and I went into meijers and got like a petty stealing charge, the item was $5
And at 16, I got an entering without permission. Another situation where I was sucked into then the wrong place wrong time
I've had to learn some things the hard way, and how careful you really have to choose who you hang around with. Honesty, integrity, and overall good character has become very important to me.

Re: Intro -
Don't worry about measuring elevation change during a 2 mile run unless you're going straight up Mt. Everest. You need to be able to max your run regardless of weather, time of day, terrain, or elevation change. As the saying goes, don't practice until you do it perfect, practice until you can't do it wrong. Keep running until it's nearly impossible for you to not max the run.hockey22 wrote: 14:30 with ~100 ft in elevation changes

Listen here smart ass there is no paperwork that takes 720 hours consecutively to complete. If you want to be a part of something great than you make it a priority. That includes popping in here to provide updates.

Sorry Rangers, I get caught up with school, work and my social life. But I took the asvab got 58 with line scores of ~110 across the board except my gt was 106. I'm a little disappointed in my gt score. I think I'm going to try and retake the test
