An 18:30 mile? I'm 55, my knees are fucked up, and I can do a lot better than that. You should be training at 2 miles minimum with a goal of probably aound 12 to 13 minutes.

Also if they have free speach and post their BS the rest of us can see and read the danger. We can find them, if they don't post they are hidden. This is the best example of why freedom of speech is a must. How else would we know how much they hate us? I checked out their wesite, BTW, and am impres...

I did some net searching last night and haven't seen to many good things said about the Mosquito. Seems to be very picky about the ammo. So other than the similar frame to the P226 not much else going for it. I'll keep looking. I've heard good thing about the Browning .22 Auto's. My brother has a B...

Gun Control Should be mandatory viewing by any anti-gunnie out there. That is the exact thing that enters my mind whenever I hear someone mention gun control. Particularly the part with Jackie Mason. As for licensing.. You need license to hunt...because it is not a right. You need a license to driv...

I've been seriously supplementing since about 1981. There are HUGE differences in quality. Read the labels carefully to make certain of what you're taking. IMO, GNC, Vitamin World, and other specialty stores are better than the drug store brands. I always try to find gelcaps, preferably with a liqui...

One question, why does Obama's shadow stop at the chair and not continue?
It appears to me that the shadow goes over the back edge of the platform.

Re: Thanks for the reception
