No, the reference was due to the Ranger course serving as leadership validation for the Regiment.

As far as owing money if you accepted a Scholarship while at JUCO or you participated in an Ike Skelton scholarship or Education Assistance Porgram (EAP) at the University, you will owe money. The amount should be reported via a DA Form 5315 from DFAS.
