Having been a wrestler during highschool helped me to kick ass during the circle jerk at Cole range; after getting to Batt it was less helpful. The H2H training given there emphasized short range striking, improvised use of on-hand items (helmet, empty CAR-15, handset cables, whatever), and some pra...

What's real nice is that it 'learns' your HR zones so that after you use it for a long time (2 years or so) you don't even need to use the HR function much. Because it knows my weight and zones it tells me about how many calories I burn. This helps allow me to allocate beers at the end of the day. ...

Thanks for the info.

The only drawback to leaving my old Timex system behind is that I will no longer look like a cyborg running through the neighborhood while toting that 25lb receiver/battery pack on my right bicep....

I couldn't tell if the Garmin 301 included the former features as well as the latter, or if it ...

Not only should homosexuality be banned ....as a moral perversion You write this as if it were some sort of lifestyle choice (which for some it is). However, please explain homosexual behavior in animals such as horses, dolphins & chimpanzees, all animals which have been observed practicing hom...

The problem with the approach of that article, as well as with the analysis of some in this thread, is that it is approaching the issue on a purely pragmatic level rather than on a moral level. Sodomites have been attempting to silence the discussion of homosexuality as a moral issue for years, but ...
