Week 6: We did breaching this week. Tuesday we did APFT improvement for PT. Then went and had some classes on mechanical and explosive breaching. Just got threw week 3. phase 1 is down. week 3 was pretty chill (considering we just got back from cole range). All we did was RFR and get smoked until chow. did a 8 mile ruck run which was pretty intense but i kept pace. overall good week, im hanging in there stronger then ever.
