Myself and a Buddy of mine did the 100 pull up, 200 push up, 300 squat workout after we lifted and I finished in 25:00 minutes, his super athletic ass finished in 18:00 minutes. I did my sets starting out 10 push ups, 25 squats, 5 pull ups. I finished doing sets of 30 push ups, 50 squats,5 pull ups....
